Bug Description

The X/Y coordinates of circles/ellipses appear not to be based on the
center of the shape. As a result, resizing a circle causes it to move
around in the workspace.

Thanks for the info. That's great for resizing but is there any way to
get it to use those coordinates as the center? In other words, if I want
the center of the circle to reside at 0.12/0.377, is there a way to do that
or must I calculate a new center based on the inscribing rectangle?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this currently. Could you describe in more detail how you think this feature ought to work? Marking as wishlist for now
