I've looked at the svg file, and in Firefox 3 beta 2 it renders like in batic, in Inkscape 0.45.1 is like in attachment, and in Inkscape 0.46dev+devel, built Dec 14 2007 end marker is not rendered at all.
I think because the used end marker is not standard Inkscape end marker from inkscape/share/markers/markers.svg.
