select by type/attribute

Bug Description
if anyone's ever used archicad, they'd know about the 'select by type'
dialog. it's brilliant. it'd be cool to have something similar in
inkscape.
it would be good to allow people to select by:
type (shape, ellipse, rectangle, connector, line)
color (fill, stroke)
layer
whether something is in a group
line weight
position in stack
there's probably HEAPS of things that could be added to that list, even
just a few (especially type, which is probably the hardest) would be good.
