Bug Description
If you open an uncompressed SVG file with (incorrect) "svgz" extension,
Inkscape crashes. This didn't happen with 0.45.
Unlike #1679218 the preview thumbnail works fine. It crashes as soon as you
click "open" (or if you select the file through the document history).

Seems to be fixed. I have tested with SVN 16763.
