Cursor keys don't move special nodes

Bug Description

None of the special nodes can be moved with cursor keys for precision.

Vertex nodes can, but not bezier control points.

Gradient nodes can't (in SVN at 2007-03-01) but could previously. Patterns
nodes can't.

Rectangle, Ellipse, Dynamic Offset, Star and Spiral also can't.

Connectors can be, with the node tool, but this should be disabled, as
connectors are replaced when the linked objects move.

(Of these, I find gradient nodes and dynamic offset present the biggest
problems because single pixel movements can have particularly large visual
effects in these cases.)

johan, can you please look into reenabling arrow keys in gradient tool?

the bezier controls are not supposed to be moved by arrow keys - instead
you rotate the node by [] keys

the rest are simply not implemented, but need to be. it's in my todo.

I noticed that the nodes could be rotated as I was reporting this bug. But
selecting the control points could be implemented as well, couldn't it? I
think it might turn out easier to use.

Rotate, scale and move could be defined for many of the nodes.

There is a bug in the control point rotate/scale stuff actually: holding
Alt for fine rotation/scale moves only one handle (for smooth/corner
nodes). I would expect both to move unless Ctrl is also pressed, as happens
without Alt.

I disabled the moving of gradientknots with the arrowkeys because it was
buggy and not really implemented yet. It's on the todo-list but its getting
longer and longer :( sorry for now.

Bezier and gradient nodes now can be selected by pressing Tab. Moving
Bezier nodes by arrow keys is still present, though

Moving gradient nodes is possible now, so unassigning to none. (not my
territory anymore! :)
