Stroke color doesn't affect start/mid/end markers

Bug Description
Hi,
A little bug in all versions of inkscape. When a draw a line (bezier curve
tool) and set a stroke color, this doesn't affect the start/mid/end
markers. So if i put an arrow, it appears always black, even if the line
has another color.

This is known and reported few times. You can workaround this whether
using XML editor or an extension. The extension can be found under "Modify
Path :: Color Markers to Match Stroke".
