"Swatches" mistranslated in tutorial-basic.fr.svg

"Swatches" has been mistranslated in tutorial-basic.fr.svg to "Montres"
instead of "Palettes".

The following pragraph:

  "La façon la plus simple d'attribuer une couleur à un objet est
d'ouvrir la boîte de dialogue Montres du menu Objet, sélectionner un
objet et cliquer sur une montre (couleur) pour le peindre (modifier sa
couleur de remplissage)."

Should read:

  "La façon la plus simple d'attribuer une couleur à un objet est
d'ouvrir la boîte de dialogue Palettes du menu Objet, sélectionner un
objet et cliquer sur une montre (couleur) pour le peindre (modifier sa
couleur de remplissage)."

.svg is in 0.45 and trunk. .xml will go to doc-docbook module
