Gradient/pattern fills disappear when undoing color effect

Using trunk as of 2007-01-05

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached file test_case.svg
2. Select the blue circle
3. Choose Effects->Color->Brighter from the menu (or any other color
effect)
4. Press Ctrl+z to undo

result: The gradient and pattern fills of the other objects disappear. (The
defs are still there, they're just not drawn properly.)

I can reproduce this problem with inkscape-trunk on Mandriva Linux 2007 on
a P4-2.4GHz machine.
