Circles sometimes saved with invalid xml resulting in vanishing objects

This seems to be a rather common problem, but I cannot seem to reproduce it myself.

Several students of mine (about 3-4 out of 40 so far) submitted an inkscape 0.92.1 created simple file that is wrongly saved. They don't know any advanced features of inkscape nor they can edit the SVG file in any other way than saving it in inkscape. I attach one example file of the bug. Problem is that circle is saved with circle atributes but ellipse or path xml element which effectively means the circle vanishes from graphical programs that can render SVG. This is a rather serious problem for teaching, bacause it makes grading difficult and very uneffective. In one case in addition to one of the circles also one of the arcs disappeared completely (but were perfectly visible in inkscape *before* save).

Inkscape affected is 0.92.1, 32 bit, Windows 7 (also 32 bit).
