Swatches Dialog: List divided into odd proportions

Bug Description

1. Open Swatches (Shift+Ctrl+W). Switch it to display
"List".

2. Scale the Swatches window; try different proportions.

Bug:

The text column of the list is way larger than the
included text, optically seems larger than the swatches
column. Also, the border between the swatches and text
column cannot be moved/adjusted by user interaction.

Confirmed in SVN. The split between text/color block stays somewhere round 50/50 when it doesnt need to be anywhere that big.
