filter results in low-resolution image when printing

Bug Description
to repro
- create a new document
- add an ellipse, black stroke, white fill.
- duplicate and move the ellipse
- apply an 'invert filter' (check 'invert lightness')
- print, print to PDF
open the PDF in a browser. notice how the inverted ellipse is pixellated. this also occurs when printing.

I'd check the preferences settings for bitmaps: default export resolution. Maybe set for =>300dpi
