Rendering artefacts in Outline mode

Scrolling with Ctrl-arrows in outline mode paints
horizontal lines, so image is shown incorectly.

The problem is in line 590 of nr-arena-shape.cpp (shape-
>cached_stroke->Copy(theShape)) - replacing this line with a
  call to a ConvertToShape resolves it. Need to investigate
more to check that is different in Copy and ConvertToShape
methods.
