Linked offset of rotated object is created incorectly

Bug Description

Create some text, rotate it and create a linked offset.
This linked offset is created in the middle of nowhere
(moved in some direction) and is not rotated like
original object. Moving original object moves offset in
different direction, so distance between objects
changes (it stays the same if original is not rotated)
