flowRoot is a feature which was proposed for the next
version of SVG, but is not actually in the current standard.
I thought Batik supported it in recent versions (although
they may have removed that support since the SVG working
group have reconsidered its use).
Anyway, use the Text|Convert to Text menu item to simulate
flowed text with normal text. You'll lose word-wrapping
during editing so be sure to keep a copy from before you do
this.
