v. 0.92 randomly crashes when reverting a file

Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371 win64
Windows 7 x64

Investigating random crashes when reverting, found the following easy steps to crash:

Steps to reproduce:
0. Clear extension-errors.log
1. Start inkscape
2. Default file has a single layer "Layer 1"
3. Save file as "test revert bug.svg"
4. Edit "Layer 1" name to be "Layer12"
5. File/revert
6. Click OK to "Changes will be lost!" dialog
7. Repeat 4,5,6 until get "Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now."

Typically 4,5,6 must be repeated 2-5 times before the crash.

The extension-errors.log file now contains:
