Markers (arrows, etc.) on lines always black

[Bug Importer]

It seems that there is no way to change the color of
markers on line segments (arrows, etc.). If there is a
way to do it, it is not intuitive/readilly aparent.
Arrow heads at the end of lines should be the same
color as the line segment (changed in the "Stroke
paint" tab of the dialog box).
