Bug Description

1) Open Inkscape
2) Select rectangle tool
3) Draw a rectangle
4) Open Fill and Stroke dialog
5) Select Fill --> CMYK tab
6) Fill in "0" for CMY values, and "50" for K
7) Now click the up arrow for C value
(The value increments to 79 instead of 1.)
8) Now click the up arrow for M value
(The value increments to 79 instead of 1.)
9) Now click the up arrow for Y value
(The value does not increment. Other values change)

This happens in version 0.43.2 for OSX and in version
0.42 for Linux. Other values work for the above step 6.
Also, try clicking in multiple areas in the color bars.
and watch the color arrows jump around.

Another demonstration of the same problem:
Enter values C=100, M=73, Y=0, K=100, A=100
Now try clicking the down arrow to decrement C. The
value for C stays at 100 for quite a few clicks.

I agree about this being possibly related to 1221603. But
does the fact that only RGB is supported by SVG explain the
value jumping from 0 to 79 (in steps 7 and 8)? Certainly
there is a way to represent an RGB color between CMYK
0,0,0,50 and 79,0,0,50?
