text with stroke paint set disappears if stroke-width < 0.02

Bug Description

The attached file, produced by mathmlsvg, part of
gtkmathview, works fine with inkscape 0.43 (ignore the
red box, it is correctly there in the svg-file)

Installing inkscape200602052050.package, all the
letters are invisible for some reason I cannot make out.

The used fonts (CMMI10 and CMR10) seem to be working
fine if I create new text objects in the same file.

I confirm that the output of batik is different from that of
inkscape-svn, showing a formula with a red rectangle.

note that the stroke width is 0pt, and the formula reappears
when that is increased. this, however, does not explain why
batik shows the text.

what's more, this is regardless of font, and the text
disappears only if there is a stroke paint set, and if the
width is less than 0.02-0.03pt.

so, as workaround, simply set stroke paint to no paint in
the fill and stroke dialog.
