Change buttons in Grid Arrange dialogue

The grid arrange dialogue with just one OK button is
_very_ confusing, obviously.
Instead of this one button, there should be an "Apply"
and a "Close" button.
The way it is right now, one always presses the "OK"
button when one wants to close the dialogue. I had a
friend doing this three times yesterday, and I know I
wouldn't get used to the given behaviour either.

Makes sense, I renamed the OK to Apply.

But - no Close, we never have close buttons. Use the window
manager controls for closing.
