left margin in control bar buttons different among tools

Bug Description

For a professional UI all the toolbars should be consistent. If you click
one tool after another on the tools list, the left margin of the toolbar
which holds tool options is different for each one. They should all be
flush left.

This should get corrected once we convert to standard GTK+ toolbars,
instead of the current custom ones.

AFAICT this is still an issue.

Not fixed IMHO. Control bars have a different left margin. Node, Tweak, Freehand, Bézier, Text, Spray, Eraser, Bucket, Gradients and Eraser have no (or almost no) left margin. Calligraphy has too much margin. And the others have a small (and apparently correct) margin.
Just tested on Xubuntu 16.04, Inkscape 0.91 and 0.92.x branch.

Replicated in 0.92.4, not replicated in 1.1-dev (6b4d57f, 2020-04-01) (GTK3), Windows 10. The margin of the text and Calligraphy tools is e.g. identical.

Please reopen at http://inkscape.org/report if the problem occurs again.
