Bug Description
As the title says...
When installed from snap package application can't see system printers.
In order to circumvent this package must be installed with --classic option.

Added the cups-control interface which allows this in this PR:

Unfortunately snap still requires you to connect it in. The only way I know of to do that current is like this:
sudo snap connect inkscape:
