"Close without saving" plain SVG file crash

Tested on (pulled from the Archlinux "inkscape-bzr" AUR package today):

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached file tooltip2.svg
2) Select the "i" text, do "Object to Path"
3) "Save as..." save as a separate Plain SVG file.
4) "Close", close the window, get prompted to save as an Inkscape SVG instead
5) "Close without saving"
6) Crash happens here

I've attached the SVG file I used to reproduce the issue and a basic gdb log. Sorry if there's not more information, I'm not much of a programmer.

- after step 5, I get a remaining document called Document 2, but no crash

On Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS:
- crash not reproduced with lp:inkscape/0.92.x r15371, r15392
- crash not reproduced with lp:inkscape r15540, r15544
based on the available information (steps to reproduce).

Can reproduce in r15589, backtrace is similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1670688, not to attached above.

Reduced steps:
  1) Open Inkscape
  2) Draw something
  3) File->Close or Ctrl+W, without saving
  Repeat steps 2-3 (6 times usually) if no crash have happened.

- using the steps from comment 5, I get a crash after about 6 or 7 tries, backtrace attached
