Bug Description
1. Create a small rectangle
2. Turn off stroke scaling while scaling an object.
3. Resize the rectangle with the select tool by
clicking and dragging a diagonal arrow. Do not let go yet.
The stroke size will scale along with the object.
4. Let go. The stroke size now jumps back to what it
used to be, but the corner opposite of where you are
dragging is in a new position, as if the stroke size
had been scaled. This is more obvious if you have the
grid on.
