Fails to print imported png and jpg graphics

When importing multiple .png or .jpg files into project. The page does not print. Did not have the problem last week but after downloading the new 0.92 version I couldn't print. Project had 8.5 x 11 page divided in four quadrants. Imported a small png graphics into each quadrant. Tried to print
and page was blank. Tried the same with .jpg files and no printing. Decided to try exporting as a png to file. Opened file with "Draw Pad Graphics" and managed to get a print on both a HP and Brother printers. Decided to uninstall 0.92 and go back to 0.91. The problem persisted. This problem started overnight and no changes were made to my system or any software except the upgrade to the newest version of Inkscape.
I have tried to "Group". I have tried opening the svg file in the Draw Pad Graphics and the imported images are not in the "Saved svg"
Any assistance would be appreciated. Oh yes! There was the changeover to 96 dpi with the new Inkscape.

Please attach a test case (Inkscape SVG file) which suddenly fails to print on your system to allow further investigation on other systems/platforms.

Does it also affect documents created with older Inkscape versions (0.91), or only new documents created with Inkscape 0.92?

Attached are three files. The .svg was produced a couple of weeks ago.
With newly downloaded 0.91 32 bit Inkscape it only printed the man/clock
image in top left quadrant. I then "Saved as" the pdf file and all
graphics printed. I then exported the file as a .png file and all
graphics printed.
This problem also occurred with a newly produced 0.91 and 0.92 versions.
This only occurs with Inkscape and no other programs I use. I use Excel,
Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, Word, Photoscape and several other programs
with no adverse reactions.
I appreciate your assistance in helping with this problem. Thank you.
