Bug Description

(Perhaps related to 1418865)

An object filled with a partially transparent color prints incorrectly.
The semi-transparent area appear to print black instead of alpha.
A color: RGBA = 0, 0, 255, 128 which should be semi transparent bright blue, prints dark blue (but does exhibit transparency!
An almost completely transparent area (RGBA 0,0,255,1) prints (what appears to be) opaque black.
Completely transparent areas (RGBA 0,0,255,0) print as if transparent (expected behavior).
When 100% opaque objects (something with A 255) are behind transparent areas- for example imported transparent .png images those transparent areas print with black replacing transparency.

Workaround: An opaque white area covering the affected areas may solve most of these issues.

I do not think that "empty page" and "transparent fill" are the same.
Bug 1418865 does not mention partial transparency and the replacement of alpha with black.
However the workaround is the same.
