Bug Description

System: Windows 10, Inkscape 0.91

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create textbox with text "x" without quotes
2. Copy with ctrl+c
3. Error message: ** (inkscape.exe:3240): ERROR **: Fatal programming error in PrintEmf::begin at EMRHEADER
4. Inkscape close with runtime error

Thanks for taking the time to file a report!

Bug not reproduced on Xubuntu 16.04, Inkscape 0.91 and lp:inkscape/0.92.x rev. 15353.
Could you please test again with a recent version (see https://inkscape.org/en/download/windows/) and confirm it's fixed or not?

Closing because this also can't be reproduced with 1.0alpha (1:0.92.0+devel+201904052254+98d368e) on Ubuntu 18.10.
