Bug Description
Very minor bug.
Win32 (windows XP sp1) (not tested on any other platform)
Inkscape .40 11/11/2004 build
Start with any shape or group selected with the
"Select and transform" tool. When the very excellent
"When scaling objects, scale the stroke width by the
same proportion" feature is toggled off, a resize
transform appears to still be causing a stroke-width
scaling by the same proportion. When you let go of the
mouse button to commit the scale operation, instantly
the stroke-width is returned to the expected,
not-scaled width.
In summary, the end result is just as it should be
with or without the scale-stroke-
active. The only problem is during a scaling input
(i.e., while the mouse button is still clicked down),
the object is incorrectly displayed with
proportionately scaled stroke-widths.
Sorry, my "Summary" line was backwards, but the text
description was correct. The Summary line should have read
something like: Scaling stroke width by same proportion seen
during scaling even if toggled off.
