Bug Description
The attached file used to be displayed properly, but is displayed incorrectly in Inkscape 0.91. There are four images of jupiter, all of which are encoded inline in the svg -- they're not links to external files. The two on the right are supposed to be at 50% width, like the drawings of the planet earth. They're shown at 50% height as well, which is incorrect.
When I attempt to horizontally resize one of the images by hand, using the mouse, it looks right while I'm holding down the mouse button, but as soon as I release the mouse button the vertical dimension shrinks as well.
If I use the rescaling controls at the top of the screen, with the padlock icon open, it again incorrectly rescales the vertical dimension as well as the horizontal one.
The bug does not occur if the image is a link to an external file.
