"Theme parsing error" messages in trunk rev 15447

running Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel 15447, with no preferences file

I get the warnings below:
- the Theme parsing error is new, I did not see it in rev 15423
- the icon 'object-visible-ltr' message is old, I have seen it for the last month or so.

(inkscape.exe:4080): Gtk-WARNING **: Could not find the icon 'object-visible-ltr'. The 'hicolor' theme was not found either, perhaps you need to install it.

The theme parsing errors have been introduced with one of the recent merges (LPEs or canvas rotation) - reproduced with lp:inkscape r15444, r15447 on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS:
(inkscape:4585): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: <data>:1:19: Not using units is deprecated. Assuming 'px'.

(inkscape:4585): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: <data>:1:37: Not using units is deprecated. Assuming 'px'.

The icon warning seems specific to the setup of GTK3 with Inkscape's 64bit devlibs on Windows (the GTK+ icons installation appears to be somehow incomplete) - this should IMvHO be tracked in a separate report.

Patch tested successfully on Xubuntu 16.04, lp:inkscape rev. 15454.

For the record, the CSS code was added rev. 15444.
