Industrial engine breaks the UI

Bug Description
When using beautyful and smooth Industrial gtk2 engine,
the UI looks broken. I can provide a schrenshot, if you
want me to. Please note that Inkscape is the only
application that looks broken with Industrial to my own
experience.

The rulers also become messed up with the Gorilla and
Northside themes, in addition to the Industrial theme. None
of the other themes installed with Gnome 2.6 (Dropline)
produce this problem.
