Bug Description
Draw some shape using bezier tool and then copy it. Draw again using bezier tool with bend from clipboard selected. Draw several curves using this mode and sometimes I get outward spike at the end point of drawn shape. Select drawn shape, press F2(Edit path by nodes)and I realized the spike from the endpoint of drawn shape make a connection to the curve.
I'm using Inkscape 0.92.0 r15299 and Windows 7 SP1 OS.

The artifact seems to be triggered by the cusp end node of the bend path (i.e. without extracted node handle). Extracting the node handle of the end node (Shift+Drag) makes the extraneous segment disappear.
The described computed output of the Bend LPE can be observed with Inkscape 0.48.5, 0.91, 0.92.0, 0.92.1pre0.
AFAICT this is not a regression due to changes to recent changes in livepatheffects or 2geom.
