Trunk today : Rectangles and text blocks lacking when reloading file

Draw a rectangle or draw a text block and type some text, save the file, reload it : these objects disappeared.

However if the rectangle is converted to shape, or if text is typed inside a shape it doesn't disappear.

confirmed on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel 15422

- attached is a drawing produced in rev 15422 trunk. It contains a rectangle, a regular text object and a flowed text object.
- when re-loaded and viewed in trunk rev 15422, only the regular text is visible.
- when viewed in Inkscape 0.92.0 r15299, all three of the original objects are visible

attached is the new file obtained after loading and resaving the above file using trunk.
The resaved file has the attributes

       width="0"
       height="0"
       x="0"
       y="0"

for both the rectangle and the flowed text.

On Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, using local builds:
- not reproduced with lp:inkscape rev 15419,
- reproduced with lp:inkscape rev 15420;
as described by Alvin (rect and flowed text are affected, regular text is not).

The regression seems to have been exposed in revision 15420:

This regression affects existing files too, e.g. Inkscape's own icons (every rectangle used in an icon in the GUI is "missing" due to being reset to zero size, and the same issue is exposed on-canvas when opening share/icons/icons.svg in inkscape trunk).
