dotted stroke partially disappears

Bug Description
Load the attached file. About 1/3 of the spiral (the
lower right third) is invisible. Zoom in or out and it
shows up.

I have noticed this problem also. In the example file you
posted, however, it does not auytomatically show this bug
upon loading. The easiest way for me to duplicate this bug
is to adjust the stroke width incrementally until it shows up.
