[Snap] Failed to render cjk font

Inkscape failed t orender text in CJK in the right click menu and window widgets while being normal in the global menu.

Expected behavior:
Fonts rendering normally.

Resulted behavior:
Fonts in the right click menu and window widgets renderers in glyph rather than the proper form.

Could you please give details on your operating system, locales, and Inkscape version, so that we can investigate?

I'm on ubuntu 16.10 zh_TW and inkscape installed from snap.
The version is 0.9.2

I just thought of this:

The snap images do not have access to fonts installed anywhere but in your home folder, if I understand correctly.

Could that be related?

If the snap package is depend on the ubuntu-application-platform snap, then
it will have access to fonts from other locale.
By doing so we can shrink the size of snap to more small.
Fonts need to be packaged into snap too.
