Bug Description
I get all sorts of werid things when the panels are in the right-hand menu. Sometimes I can't resize the Layers panel at all. The Export panel gets distored (screenshot attached). The whole side menu paradigm seems really unpolished and cumbersome to use.
I'm running on Windows 7 64 bit.
