Bug Description
First of all, it is awesome that Inkscape can save as a native Synfig file! Doing so I ran into a peculiarity. When I save an Inkscape drawing with a blurred path as a Synfig file (.sif), the blur radius is MUCH smaller when I open the .sif file in Synfig Studio. Appended are PNG results from Inkscape and from Synfig with the corresponding vector files.
How to reproduce:
* Create a drawing in Inkscape with a blurred path (appended SVG)
* Save the drawing as a Synfig file (appended .sif file)
* Open the .sif file in Synfig Studio
Observed behavior:
* The blur radius is much smaller in Synfig than in Inkscape (appended PNG files for comparison)
Expected behavior:
* The blur radius is the same in Inkscape and Synfig
Workaround -- tedious:
* Manually edit the blur in Synfig
Inkscape version: Inkscape 0.91 r13725 on Win 10 x64
Synfig version: Synfig Studio 1.0.2 on Win 10 x64

confirmed on Windows 10, using Inkscape 0.92pre5 r15287.
as far as I can tell, the sif file I get looks the same as the one you showed.
