Some problems regarding text markup

I heavily use subscripts, e.g. „V_in“ and „I_out“, but there are some problems occurring:

• Text formatting should not be changed from "12pt" to "8pt" but to "12pt & subscript", so that correct resizing of both normal and subscript text could be done (when both are selected).

• When text which is containing subscripts is selected and subscript is undone (for the whole selection), the size of the whole text gets changed to 32pt.

• Selection is not done right (see appended screenshot).
