New tool: "Apply setting"

This is a tool the program EAGLE (electronic circuit design) owns. When clicking on it, a context menu opens and you can select what the tool does. For example you click on „text ⇒ size ⇒ 8pt“, all text objects clicked afterwards, should change their text size to 8pt, so you don't need to go into the settings of all objects or select all and then change the text size.

Oh, there's a keyboard shortcut for this:

Copy object with the styling you want, then select other objects, then hit Ctrl (=Strg) + Shift + V.

Would that be the feature you are looking for?

This applies the whole styling and not just one specific property, but anyway, that's still useful for me. Thanks! But maybe my proposed tool is still of some interest to the Inkscape developers…?
