Bug Description
If multiple windows are open with their XML Editor, selecting a shape button switches to another window.
Open Inkscape, and open it's XML Editor.
Close it - this ensures XML Editor will open automatically when Inkscape is next opened -.
Open Inkscape - XML Editor should've opened as well -.
Press square button on tool bar and draw a square.
Open 2nd File/New window - it's XML Editor should've opened as well -.
Draw a circle.
Open 3nd File/New window - XML Editor should've also opened -.
Press square button on tool bar in the newly created blank window, and it switches to the previous window with the circle.
Tabs at bottom of Win7 also misdirect.
Minimise all 3 windows off the screen.
Click open 1st Win tab drawing in bottom toolbar to maximise it - should be square drawing.
Click open 2nd Win tab drawing in bottom toolbar to maximise it - should be circle drawing.
Click open 3rd Win tab drawing in bottom toolbar to maximise it. It should be the blank drawing, but the square drawing appears.
Randomly clicking the 3 tabs will switch between the square and circle, but never to the blank drawing. You have to minimise the square and circle drawings or you can't get to the blank drawing.
I've duplicated it 3 times, so there is some bug when the XML Editor is open with multiple drawings.
Win7 64 SP1
Inkscape - 9.2 pre3.15195

I can replicate in Win 81. 0.92_Pre4.
When running multiple instances of Inkscape, all floating XML dialogs appear to respond- to/load- data of any Inkscape program window clicked, rather than to just the program window that spawned the floating XML dialog.

Suggest avoiding floating XML dialogs when running multiple instances of Inkscape.
