Multiple XML nodes displayed after duplicating.

Sometimes when you duplicate a node in XML Editor, the produced node may have multiple entries in the editor. This also happens when you right-click duplicate a graphical shape on the main screen.
This was in 9.1 and is also in 9.2 pre.

It's intermittent, so it's hard to trace the actual circumstances. I usually have multiple Inkscape windows open at once, so it could be that. I also have dual monitors, but that doesn't seam likely to cause errors.

EDIT
Just created a circle on screen, and that also produced multiple entries in XML editor.
I closed the XML editor and reopened it, but the multiple entries are still there. Closing down the whole image and reopening it again fixes it.

This has been traced down to multiple windows with their floating XML Editor open at once interfering with each other.
