(right click) Menus not working correctly

Bug Description

Hello everyone,

i have some problems on my windows 7 x64 machine. I simply cant open the right-click menu in inkscape. The only thing that happens is that each time the window flashes. for a short time (for 1 frame) it is even possible to see the menu popping up. I attached a video of this here, but sadly it is no tpossible to see the flashing menu, just that the window itself flashes up and that sometimes i cant open the first time a menu in the toolbar (also has the same effect clicking on icons). I dont know why this happens, i already deleted inkscape, reinstalled it, removed everything. installed all windows updates and tried the latest nightly of inkscape. i always have the problem :(

Someone had something similiar? i couldnt find any similar problem in the web.

I've seen somewhat similar problems when people are using multiple monitor setup. And I also saw something similar when someone had switched the orientation of their system (not just Inkscape document, but their whole system) from landscape to portrait. Also included in this type of problem is using an extreme or unusual screen resolution.

Does any of that seem to fit?

I'm not a bug manager, but when a manager does see this, they'll probably ask which version of Inkscape. Not sure what else they might want though.

The description of Brynn fits to my issue. iam using a multimonitor setup on a notebook with docking station.

Iam using inkscape 0.91

@Sibby, Brynn, could you please try the new (released today) Inkscape 0.92 version (https://inkscape.org/en/download/) and report if it's still broken or not?

oh nice, that there is a new version. I reinstalled it and checked the option to delete my user configuration, but still the problem still exists.
