Bug Description

Had set a document up in 0.92 with 1 user units per px and an 1200 px/1200 px page size.
As I went on with the drawing, resized the page at a point to an object of a 76800 px/300 px size.
This did the resizing part as well as the border adjustment, but...

There was a related issue to ghosting present outside the +-80000 px mark on the rulers.
Where the background colour doesn't get rendered.
That correctly rendered background is now shifted i relation to the page area.
Quite odd, since it means you can set the whole page area where ghosting is present no matter any settings.

Upon further testing it seems the 80000 px/ 80000 px area is centered in the origo of the coordinate system instead the centre of the page.
