Bug Description
I create dxf files in librecad, but at least under windows, librecad doesn't print properly, so I import the DXF file into inkscape for printing. That works. But text in those drawings is displaced from its proper position. I'll include a small test file to demonstrate the issue; please view in librecad and in inkscape to see the issue. Thanks!

confirmed using Inkscape 0.92pre1 and QCad 3.9.8

If your only concern is to print out the document you might want to try QCad. I used the QCad Pdf Export option on this document and it appeared to work correctly.
