Bug Description
two monitors
when opening dialog windows they do not open over the application, rather appearing on the other monitor and their boundary are off the top of the monitor, so I can move them. I can't close them either.
The solution should be the dialogs open over the application or always place themselves below the top edge of the monitor they appear on. Appearing on over the application sound best.
