Translation to danish

I have updated the danish translation for the Windows installer.
I have not tested it.
If possible i would like to know when i can test the translation without having to build my self.

@Eduard - Any idea on how the Windows packages translation files can be tested? Must admit the last Inkscape installer I used was with 0.46...

I tested the last translation i submitted in Pre-Release Versions from https://inkscape.org/en/download/development-versions/ but i don't know how long it takes before the new translation gets into the Pre-Release Versions.

I'm afraid there is no easy way to test installer translations without re-building the installer using NSIS.

If there is another pre-release the updated translation will be included. (Do we have a roadmap?)

I also noticed our wiki page on interface translation [1] is outdated (I'll update it) as it's not required to use the proper encoding anymore as all translation files are supposed to use UTF8 now. I converted the file in [2] and [3] respectively.

I just uploaded Inkscape 0.92.pre4 NSIS installers. You can find them at [1].
It includes your updated translation so you can check if everything worked out as you intended.
