Remove unimplemented features of status message for mesh gradients

The status message when hovering a mesh node says "drag with Ctrl to snap angle, with Ctrl+Alt to preserve angle, with Ctrl+Shift to scale around center".

Those are unimplemented features, so the message should be removed (or commented out) until they are implemented.

Not reproduced on Xubuntu 16.04, lp:inkscape rev. 15261 and lp:inkscape/0.92.x rev. 15207.

The status message you see is specific to radial gradients, and should not show when editing a mesh. Could you please attach and SVG example file so that we can confirm the bug?

Here's one, though note that this happens for any mesh gradient.

Just hover the first corner node while the mesh tool is enabled.

I tested this on Windows 10, though I assume that this is unrelated to the OS.

Statusbar text was affected yesterday by solving this bug:

I don't see any snapping statusbar text anymore in r15261 so this can probably be closed.
