Inkscape Export PNG Image dialog does not remember previous Custom settings.

Bug Description
- running Windows XP, Inkscape 0.92pre1 (Nov 4 2016)
- open Export PNG dialog
- Choose the Custom tab
- set the values of x0, y0, Width, Height
- set the values of Image Width, Height
- successfully save the png image
- restart Inkscape and reload a file
- open PNG Export dialog to get the attached result, where all settings are forgotten and the object size is zero.
- reproduced on Inkscape 0.47

Note that the preferences file appears to have settings related to this, for (x,y,w,h).
However these settings do not appear to have been used.
