Bug Description
In the "Stroke style" tab of the "Fill and Stroke" panel, the lists for the markers (start markers, mid markers, and end markers) is empty.
Steps to reproduce:
1. $ rm -r .config/inkscape/
2. Launch Inkscape
3. Select the "Draw Bezier Curves and straight lines" tool (Shift+F6)
4. Draw a line (left click here, left click there, right click)
5. Open the "Fill and Stroke" panel (Ctrl+Shift+F)
6. Select the "Stroke style" tab
7. Open one of the list boxes next to "Markers"
The list box only contains the entry for the plain line; all other entries (arrows etc.) are missing.
Inkscape 0.91 r13725 on Ubuntu 16.10 (yakkety).
This was a fresh install of Inkscape after purging the (system-wide) configuration from the previous install.
also the list of patterns when clicking a "pattern" button in "fill" or in "stroke" is empty.
