Bug Description

From Lazur in IRC
1.- If change blur to a item with blend diferent to normal, blend mode resets
2.- If change blend mode to a bluried element the amount of blur changes.
This happends on 0.92.x and trunk.

you need to use object dialog to change blending

Fixed in trunk r.15222 and in 0.92.x in r.15157
