Bug Description
Inkscape 0.91, Linux.
- Create a circle (50px)
- Apply 4,4 Blur filter.
- Check borders, blur is clipped (check file).
- The default values are applied: Coordinates 0.1, 0.1 and Dimensions: 1.2, 1.2.
- Solution: to change these values to: 0.2, 0.2 and 1.4, 1.4.
Inkscape should apply coordinates and dimensions values depends of the deviation value to avoid that clipping.
